We ship anywhere within the continental United States. Please call for shipments to Hawaii and Alaska. Additional shipping charges apply. |
| Customer guarantee: |
We guarantee that the custom made products we offer are made to your sizes and specifications. If there is a mistake on our part, or the product is damaged, we will provide repair parts or replace it, if necessary, as soon as possible. IF it is necessary to return the item for inspection, replacement, or repair, preparing the shipment is the customer's responsibilty. We will pay for return shipping charges in the case of manufacturers defects and with our prior authorization only. Missing Parts: If an order arrives from the manufacturer with missing parts, please call as soon as possible. We will contact the factory immediately and have them rush shipment any missing items. We are not responsible for delays or installation of missing parts or minor repair parts. All product warranties are provided by the manufacturers. Click here to see a copy. |
| Return policy: |
Orders for custom made blinds and shades may not be canceled or returned once they are placed in production. Mistakes in measuring or other specifications are the customer's responsibility. For factory mistakes, defects, or damage, we will provide repair parts or replacement, if necessary, as soon as possible. IF it is necessary to return an item, preparing the shipment is the customer's responsibilty. We will pay for return shipping charges in the case of manufacturer's defects and with our prior authorization only. Missing or Damaged shipments: Please note on the freight bill upon delivery if there are missing boxes or damage is obvious and call us. Also call us if discovered upon unpacking. Many times it is better to refuse delivery if damage is extensive and apparent. Claims for hidden damage must be made within 14 days of delivery. Keep all packing materials for inspection by the shipper. We will make a claim with the shipper and either repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible. We will inform you if the package will have to be returned.
